Technology for the people who run businesses.
I build the system that replaces the spreadsheet.
For founders, owners, managers and executives of service businesses in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Tell me one task your team repeats every week. I make it stop.
The audit is free and fits on one page: three things costing you customers, and what fixing one would look like. If it isn't worth automating, I'll tell you.

Signs the spreadsheet has stopped working
Most owners I meet are not shopping for software. They are annoyed by one thing that keeps coming back. If any of these sound like your week, you're in the right place.
You're opening a second branch.
Two places, one sheet. Bookings start to collide and nobody sees the whole picture.
You're about to hire someone to answer messages.
Before you add a salary, check whether a system can do that part of the job.
A customer left a review about a missed booking or no reply.
That review is the most honest audit you will get, and everyone can read it.
You pay for ads and can't keep up with the replies.
Every slow reply is money you already spent, going to the next place.
A busy season is coming.
Back to school, Ramadan, the Q4 rush. Busy is when the manual way breaks.
Your team answers the same price and availability questions all day.
Good people spending hours on the same five answers.
None of it is hard work. It's repeated work, and repeated work is where customers slip through. I replace it with something that runs without anyone having to remember.
What one repeat task costs you
Pick one thing your team does by hand every week. Put in your own numbers. This is simple arithmetic on what you type, not an estimate from me.
That one task costs you about
867 AEDa month
10,400 AED a year.
The 1,000 AED Quick Win costs about 5 weeks of this task.
Showing an example: 5 hours a week at 40 AED an hour. Change the numbers to yours.
What gets taken off the team, by business type
Different businesses, same pattern: a person doing by hand what a system should do. Here is what I usually find.
Salons and spas
Usually done by hand
Confirming tomorrow's appointments one message at a time, and typing Instagram enquiries into a sheet.
What I set up
Confirmations and reminders that send themselves, a review request after each visit, and enquiries that land in one place.
Clinic front desks
Usually done by hand
Calling to remind people of appointments and ringing round to fill a cancelled slot.
What I set up
Appointment reminders and a message to your waiting list when a slot opens. Appointments only, never medical records.
Gyms and studios
Usually done by hand
Class bookings and membership end dates tracked in a sheet.
What I set up
Class booking with reminders, and a renewal nudge before a membership runs out.
Tutoring and training centres
Usually done by hand
Timetables, attendance and parent updates, all by WhatsApp.
What I set up
Booking and scheduling, attendance, and parent updates that go out for you. This is the kind of system I built for Bulbul.
Car garages
Usually done by hand
Phoning customers about service dates and what stage their car is at.
What I set up
Service reminders and a "your car is ready" message that sends when you mark the job done.
Property management
Usually done by hand
Maintenance requests and viewing slots passed around on WhatsApp.
What I set up
One request form that routes to the right person, and viewing bookings in one calendar.
Not on the list? Tell me what your team does by hand. If a system can do it I'll say so, and if it can't I'll say that too.

Pick one
- Automatic booking confirmations
- WhatsApp reminders
- An enquiry form that feeds a sheet instead of a DM inbox

It also covers making a website do work: online booking, forms that fill a sheet, payment links and tracking.

Priced after a call
AI receptionist
A voice agent that answers the calls you miss and books the appointment.
Platform builds
Booking and scheduling systems, client portals, internal tools that replace spreadsheets, dashboards, and lead capture with a simple CRM.
Starts with a paid discovery. A first version takes about 6 weeks, where agencies usually quote about 3 months.
If a task isn't worth automating, I'll say so. I'd rather lose the job than sell you something that doesn't pay for itself.

Things I have built
One of these is live, so you can open it. The other two are internal tools, so the screens here are redrawn with made-up data.
Live product
Bulbul Classes
An online Arabic dialect school
Students book a live class with a tutor in a few taps. Students, tutors and admins each get their own app, with booking and lead tracking built in. I built it, and I run it. Over 8,000 live sessions delivered, and I raised $500K in funding for it.

It opens on a daily to-do list. Behind it sit the lead pipeline, website audits and WhatsApp follow-ups, all in one place.

Invoicing and quoting app
From scope to signed
Scope of work, quote and invoice in one flow. The client gets a link, opens it, approves and signs.
Who you'd be working with
I'm Huzaifa Masood, a marketer who builds. I started building software for my own business, and now I build for other owners, fast.
I work quickly because I build with an AI tool, Claude, made by Anthropic. I test everything myself before I hand it over.
It's just me, no account managers. When you message, I'm the one who replies.

Questions owners ask
How fast will I see something working?
A website goes live in 48 hours. An Operations Quick Win is delivered in 72 hours. A first version of a bigger platform takes about 6 weeks.
Will my team have to learn new software?
As little as possible. I build around how your team already works. WhatsApp stays WhatsApp, and the repeated part runs behind it.
What do you need from me?
Thirty minutes on a call, access to the tools involved, and one person who can answer questions. Never send me passwords in a chat. I will show you how to share access safely.
Who owns the work?
You do. What I build for you belongs to you.
What if something breaks?
If something I built breaks, I fix it. Ongoing support, like regular changes or monitoring, is quoted separately. I never bundle it into a project price.
How does payment work?
Half upfront, half on delivery. If you want something changed or added along the way, we agree it in writing before I start on it.
What won't you build?
Patient medical records, anything that holds or moves money, anything that stores Emirates ID data, and native mobile apps. Payment links through your own payment provider are fine. A system that holds or moves money itself is not.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Tell me what your team does by hand, in your own words. I'll work out the rest and explain it without jargon.
Start with one task
Book a call, message me on WhatsApp, or answer three questions below and send them to me.
Prefer to write it down?
Your phone opens WhatsApp with your answers ready to send. Nothing is saved on this site.
